1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our car rental services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

1.1 Agreement Updates

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1.2 Service Availability

Our services are available to users who are at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

2. Rental Agreement

Each vehicle rental constitutes a separate rental agreement between you and our company.

2.1 Rental Period

• Rental period begins at the time specified in your reservation
• Vehicle must be returned by the agreed return time
• Late returns may incur additional charges

2.2 Vehicle Condition

• You acknowledge receiving the vehicle in good condition
• Any existing damage will be documented at pickup
• You agree to return the vehicle in the same condition

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.1 Age Requirements

• Minimum age: 21 years old
• Drivers aged 21-24 may incur young driver fees
• Some vehicle categories may have higher age requirements

3.2 License Requirements

• Valid driver's license held for at least 1 year
• International visitors must present International Driving Permit
• License must not be suspended or revoked

3.3 Credit Requirements

• Valid credit card in renter's name required
• Sufficient credit limit for rental charges and security deposit
• Debit cards may be accepted with additional verification

4. Reservations & Booking

4.1 Making Reservations

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. All reservations are subject to vehicle availability.

4.2 Confirmation

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of booking confirmation
• Confirmation includes rental details and booking reference
• Vehicle type is guaranteed, specific model subject to availability

4.3 No-Show Policy

Failure to pick up your reserved vehicle within 2 hours of scheduled time without notification may result in cancellation and forfeiture of prepaid amounts.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods

• Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Debit cards with Visa/MasterCard logo
• PayPal for online bookings
• Cash payments are not accepted

5.2 Charges

• Rental charges based on agreed daily rate
• Additional services and equipment charges
• Applicable taxes and fees
• Security deposit held during rental period

5.3 Additional Fees

• Late return fees
• Fuel charges if not returned full
• Cleaning fees for excessive dirt or odors
• Traffic violation and administrative fees

6. Vehicle Use

6.1 Authorized Use

The vehicle may only be operated by authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement.

6.2 Prohibited Uses

• Racing, rallying, or speed testing
• Towing or pushing other vehicles
• Off-road driving
• Transporting hazardous materials
• Illegal activities
• Smoking in the vehicle

6.3 Geographic Restrictions

Vehicles may not be taken outside the country without prior written consent. Some vehicles may have additional geographic restrictions.

7. Insurance & Liability

7.1 Basic Coverage

All rentals include basic insurance coverage as required by law. This includes third-party liability coverage.

7.2 Optional Coverage

• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
• Theft Protection
• Personal Accident Insurance
• Personal Effects Coverage

7.3 Renter Liability

You are responsible for damage to or loss of the vehicle unless covered by purchased insurance options.

8. Damages & Repairs

8.1 Damage Assessment

Vehicle condition will be assessed at return. You will be charged for any damage not covered by insurance.

8.2 Repair Authorization

Do not authorize repairs without our prior consent except in emergency situations.

8.3 Accident Reporting

Any accident must be reported to us and local authorities immediately, regardless of severity.

9. Cancellation Policy

9.1 Customer Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur fees
• No-show reservations are non-refundable

9.2 Company Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to vehicle unavailability, safety concerns, or breach of terms.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10.1 Information Collection

• Personal identification information
• Driver's license information
• Payment information
• Rental history and preferences

10.2 Information Use

Information is used to provide services, process payments, communicate with customers, and improve our services.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

11.1 Maximum Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the rental.

11.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the rental occurs. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

12.1 Jurisdiction

Any legal proceedings must be brought in the appropriate courts of our business location.

12.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
